This is a VIP EVENT: Each night is strictly limited to 12 participants max! 

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A PRIVATE VIP EVENT. THE JOHN PROCTOR HOUSE IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. THIS IS A RARE OPPORTUNITY TO BE INVITED TO THIS HISTORIC LOCATION AND INVESTIGATE THE HOMES GHOSTLY INHABITANTS. 

A portion of the proceeds will be donated and go directly to the continued restoration work at the Proctor House.

The "John Proctor House" has been featured on the hit television series Kindred Spirits and the mind blowing Halloween special Haunted Salem LIVE! on the Travel Channel and Discovery+! It was also recently seen on Jonathan Knight's (NKOTB) HGTV hit Farmhouse Fixer. 

The structure located at 348 Lowell Street has long been called the “John Proctor House,” and it is believed that Proctor’s son Thorndike built the house one sees today on the same footprint where his father’s house originally stood. There is a possibility that some of the original structure also remains inside. John Proctor descendants purchased the property and remained living there for close to 200 years after his execution during the Salem Witch Trials. According to a Salem News article in January of 2019, quoting Kelly Daniell, curator of the Peabody Historical Society, “There were four to five Proctor homes, all in that area that is called Proctors Crossing. You can absolutely call that the Proctor house because generations of Proctors lived and died in that house.”

What's included in your VIP EXPERIENCE: Invitation to a private (12 person max) investigation of the historic John Proctor House with Adam Berry; Early access to the house from 7pm – 7:30pm to explore, take photos, and hang out with Adam; a special commemorative gift to always remember this event; Non-alcoholic beverages and refreshments prior to the investigation during the first hour and 15 min breaks. No alcohol be served during the event.

SCHEDULE FOR ALL DATES:

7pm - 7:45pm: Meet and Greet with Adam. This is a perfect opportunity to explore the house on your own and take pictures. Adam will be on hand for conversations, questions, and photo opportunities. There will be non-alcoholic beverages provided. Please eat before attending. We don’t want any grumbling tummies to be mistaken for a disembodied voice!

8pm - 11:00pm: We will gather together and, as a group, investigate this historic and haunted location. Feel free to bring your own equipment but no experience is necessary. This will be a spooky, fun, and educational paranormal investigation. 

11:00pm - 11:15pm: Wrap-up! This will be a time when we can download all of our thoughts on what happened during the evening and decompress after the investigation. We will talk about our experiences, and discuss our ideas on who or what was communicating with us. This can also be a great opportunity to ask more questions or review any evidence you have on hand.
